    Sinds 2 jaar gebruik ik Flecaïnide tegen A-Fib. De dosering startte met 100mg per dag en moest worden verhoogt naar 100mg + 50mg per dag en weer later na tweemaal daags 100mg.     Echo cor was goed, minimale mitraliskleplekkage, Ecg goed..allergisch voor de Verapamil…jeukbulten en vreselijke jeuk en in het begin ook af en toe koorts, bijna koorts. Stop Verapamil, er is geen ander alternatief, heb alles al gehad. Nu afwachten..evt. Betablokker, of toch weer…[Read more]

    Beste Marian, je verhaal lezend lijkt het mij wel erg waarschijnlijk dat er een familiaire component in hey atriumfibrilleren zit.
    Je was relatief jong toen je boezemfibrilleren kreeg, naast je familieleden. Een mitraliskleplekkage kan er ook aan bijdragen doordat het rek op de boezem geeft, maar dat is het meestal in ergere mate. Als je wilt,…[Read more]

    Dank, er komt ook nog een kijkoperatie aan om te onderzoeken of mijn maagoperatie een trigger heeft gevormd. Natasja heeft uitgelegd dat er een trigger en een substraat nodig is voor AF en heeft contact gehad met mijn maag-chirurg. (AF volgt bij mij na maagpijnen)

    Zoals je hebt kunnen lezen in het forum heb ik 2 keer een ablatie ondergaan en ik heb ik nog steeds last van AF.
    Natasja heeft in een onderzoek aangetoond dat (in mijn eigen woorden) de binnen en buitenwand van de boezem elektrisch ontkoppeld kunnen raken en dat daardoor de AF blijft aanhouden. Ablatie heeft dan geen zin meer. Wat bij PVI ablatie…[Read more]
