    Een korte update; afgelopen week heb ik een info gesprek gehad in St Antonius, locatie Utrecht. Dit ging goed met een aardige vrouwelijke cardioloog. Hier was wel tijd, aandacht en ruimte voor al mijn (kritische) vragen en opmerkingen.     Dag Bar, wat vervelend voor je om Afib te ervaren terwijl je zo sportief bent! Ik zit in een vergelijkbare situatie en heb onlangs een info gesprek gehad bij het St Antonius (nadat ik eerder in ander ziekenhuis gesprek heb gehad).     Zeker een gegarandeerde trigger voor AF is bij mij alcohol. Ik drink dan ook dan ook alruim tien jaar geen druppel meer. Verder streef ik een gezonde leefstijl na.
