    Ik heb een tip gekregen van mijn huisarts die soms helpt:
    Zo diep mogelijk op je hurken gaan zitten, even blijven zitten (zo’n 20 seconden) en dan snel recht gaan staan.
    Oppassen, je kunt duizelig worden. Door de snelle bloeddruk daling wil de aanval dan soms wel eens stoppen.

    Wat helpt jullie om een aanval van BF te stoppen?

    Bij mij helpt (soms):
    – 15 minuten intensief sporten
    – koud douchen (a la Wim Hof)
    – wervels C4 en C5 in mijn rug (laten) rechtzetten
    – wandelen
    – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises
    – mediteren

    Ik gebruik een Polar rs800 met een r-r functie (best to beat) en Polar pro5 soft ware. Allemaal oud spul maar laat prima alle extra slagen zien

    Ik heb wekelijks twee of drie aanvallen van BF en deze duren dan meestal 24-36 uur. Ik probeer voortdurend te zoeken naar triggers maar bij een N=1 studie is dat natuurlijk lastig. Alcohol en stress zijn duidelijk, maar op mijn verdachtenlijstje staan ook andere zaken. Ik ben benieuwd of iemand deze herkent:

    Heel begrijpelijk dat je als je grootste angst beschrijft dat het 24/7 aanwezig zal zijn. Ik herken die angst heel sterk uit de fase, waarin het bij mij ook aanvalsgewijs optrad.
