    Ik merk dat ik na alcohol(soms ook helemaal niet) hoger hartritme krijg en na eten van chocolade en dan vooral in de avond!

    Dag Wim, herkenbaar die pijn in de linkerschouder. Dacht dat het te maken had met het gewricht of spieren, maar later heb ik een relatie gezien met darmproblemen. De internist noemde het vagale pijn uit de zwervende zenuw. Die heeft ook te maken met de hartslag. Ik merk een duidelijk verband tussen deze pijn, prikkelbare-darmklachten en boezemfibrilleren.

    Ook ik heb ervaring met verkeerde houding en bf. Als ik veelal lig op mijn linkerzij dan kan dit bf triggeren. Vanuit mijn linkerschouderblad lijkt mij het probleem te ontstaan?
    Ik probeer nu dagelijks arm en schouder oefeningen te doen (8 min) om bf te voorkomen.

    Dag, ik heb AF samen met een trage schildklier, helaas na Corona is de frequentie van een keer in de maand naar een keer in de week gegaan , moet antistolling gaan slikken maar ben erg gevoelig voor de bijwerkingen, ik zou zo graag willen weten welk middel de minste bijwerkingen heeft?
    Ik ben behoorlijk wanhopig…..
