    Even een update omtrent mijzelf….forum blijven volgen maar was zelf eigenlijk maanden klachtenvrij.
    Mijn hart is een tijd rustig geweest na laatste ablatie nu na maanden toch weer 5 cardioversies nodig gehad helaas.

    Dank je wel voor het delen van je waarnemingen met boezemfibrilleren en de rol van een histamine-vrij dieet. Ik ben zeer benieuwd of meer mensen baat kunnen hebben wij dieet. Ik lees het graag.

    Dank voor het delen van je ervaring met het covid-19 vaccin en de ziekte. Vervelend dat je boezemfibrilleren hebt ontwikkeld. Voor ons burgeronderzoek naar een mogelijke rol van covid-19 vaccinatie en ziekte de vragenlijst in te vullen onder het kopje onderzoek.

    Hallo, ik ben een man van 68 en val niet in de risicogroepen (lengte 1,83m, gewicht 66kg lage bloeddruk. Mijn ervaringen met boezemfibrilleren (AF) zijn als volgt.

    In kort mijn BF geschiedenis:

    Ca 12 jaar terug kreeg ik BF , wat overging toen ik stopte met rode wijn (gemiddeld 2 glazen per dag).
    Negen jaar geen rode wijn en geen BF. Ca 3 jaar geleden kreeg ik spier reuma. Medicatie: stevige prednison kuur. Na 4 weken prednison kreeg ik weer BF. Ca 2 keer p/w en wel heftig

    Ik heb een tip gekregen van mijn huisarts die soms helpt:
    Zo diep mogelijk op je hurken gaan zitten, even blijven zitten (zo’n 20 seconden) en dan snel recht gaan staan.
    Oppassen, je kunt duizelig worden. Door de snelle bloeddruk daling wil de aanval dan soms wel eens stoppen.

    Wat helpt jullie om een aanval van BF te stoppen?

    Bij mij helpt (soms):
    – 15 minuten intensief sporten
    – koud douchen (a la Wim Hof)
    – wervels C4 en C5 in mijn rug (laten) rechtzetten
    – wandelen
    – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises
    – mediteren
