    Mijn nederlands is verre van goed dus excusses daarvoor.
    In October 2022 corona gehad.Vier dagen 20 uur per dag geslapen daarna conditie weg en weer langzaam gaan opbouwen.Voor corona kon ik 60 km fietsen of 20 km wandelen en naar de fitness.

    12x sinds 2005, dat klinkt heel prettig, ik denk dat veel mensen 12x per jaar wel halen. Boezemfibrilleren kan bij mij soms wel een hele dag duren en ik ga gewoon door met mijn normale zaken ook al voel ik me daar niet heel lekker bij.     Ik doe in de ochtend 1,5 gr en in de middag 1,5 gr van ieder.

    Ik heb zo’n lepelweegschaaltje gekocht en 3 gram lijkt dan best wel veel vergeleken met het bijgevoegde maatschapje en aanbevolen hoeveelheid.

    Hoi Robbie,

    Even een vraagje. Hoe meet jij de benodigde hoeveelheid af? Ik heb L-Taurine en L-Citrulline van Body&Fit en daar zit een 5 ml schepje bij. Moeilijk om de juiste grammen af te wegen. Kortom verwarring.
