    Vraag me nog steeds af of L Glutamine door HSP te stimuleren bindweefsel deels kan genezen en je dus een lekkage krijgt dus weer een re-ablatie nodig hebt. Dan is het wellicht water naar de zee dragen.

    Vond deze podcast ook interessant laatste resultaten tussen Cryo en RF ablatie. Onderzoek laatste 3vjasr heeft aan dat ontwikkel persistent AF isindsr in de groep die RF ablatie heeft ondergaan dan Cryo.

    desloratadine à 10 mg per tabletje is gewoon bij de etos te krijgen. 10 euro voor 30 stuks.
    1x per dag een half tebletje ( 5 mg), dan doe je er 60 dagen mee.

    ik neem het zelf bij het avond eten en mijn bf is aanmerkelijk afgenomen. en al het toch nog een keer gebeurt ( nu al 20 weken niet)

    Ik ken jullie situatie natuurlijk niet maar begrijp – sinds ik zelf bijna 4 mnd a.f. heb- dat oa het niet voorspelbare van a.f. grote impact op je leven heeft.

    Inmiddels weet ik dat ik mijn HSP gehalte niet kan laten meten in een laboratorium.

    Vraag: kan ik L-glutamine innemen tegelijk met bloedverdunners/bètablokkers❓ Immers het is niet gunstig om voedingssupplementen én bloedverdunners (en/of bètablokkers) tegelijk in te nemen.

    Ik heb ruim 3 maanden diagnose a.f. Met 2 x 40 mg Sotalol en acupunctuur zijn klachten mild geworden. 1 x per ca 4 weken ca 2 uur een aanval zonder verhoogde hartslag. Hartslag is nu bij rust 43/53. Wel echt minder energie door de Sotalol. Toch begin ik na ” schokerende” beginfase weer wat in balans te komen.
