    Fijn dat je helemaal geen last meer hebt. Een hele opluchting.

    Nog steeds na mijn 2e ablatiebehandeling geen boezemfibrilleren gehad, 5 mnd gaat het al goed 😊
    Ik hoop dat ik nog lang mag genieten van de rust in die mijn hart me nu geeft.

    Het is ook echt een super vervelende aandoening. Zoeken naar de oorzaak, naar iets dat helpt, het is een frustrerende zoektocht. Ik hoop dat je nu even rust kan vinden en daarna weer voorzichtig aan kan beginnen met uitproberen en zoeken naar iets dat misschien helpt.

    Ik zit middenin een periode van extreem veel storingen en ben even gestopt omdat ik niet meer weet wat wel en wat niet helpt.     Mijn nederlands is verre van goed dus excusses daarvoor.
    In October 2022 corona gehad.Vier dagen 20 uur per dag geslapen daarna conditie weg en weer langzaam gaan opbouwen.Voor corona kon ik 60 km fietsen of 20 km wandelen en naar de fitness.
