    Ik laatste paar weken probeer ik inname van suikers te beperken en lijkt positief invloed te hebben, nu minder AF.
    Helemaal geen suikers innemen is bijna niet mogelijk, bijna overal zit (te) veel suiker in (mijn BMI is 22,4).

    Iemand hier ook ervaring mee dat verminderen van suiker leidt tot minder AF?

    Ik heb al jaren apneu en gebruik een CPAP. Onlangs heb ik AF gekregen in combinatie met plotselinge zeer hoge AHI (50). Het soort AI kan ik uitlezen met een computerprogramma OSCAR.
