    Even kort voorstellen; ik ben Michiel, ben 41 en heb 4 jaar geleden de diagnose p.a.f. gekregen. Mijn aanvallen zijn behoorlijk consequent elke 8 weken en duren circa 12 uur.

    Onderhand heb ik de ablatie achter de rug. Het is prima verlopen, ik heb niets gevoeld. Wel heb ik nog een dikke keel vanwege de slokdarmecho. Ik heb sinds de ablatie nog geen gekke dingen meegemaakt met mijn hartslag en hoop dat dit ook zo blijft.     Ik ben inderdaad gestopt met Omega 3. De eerste tijd was er geen duidelijk effect. Sinds juni is de frequentie van de episodes wel omlaag gegaan. Voorheen had ik er ongeveer om de week last van boezemfibrilleren, maar de laatste tijd is dat om de 1,5 tot 2 weken. Of deze verbetering met het stoppen van Omega 3 te maken heeft weet ik niet.     Nee eigenlijk gebruik ik het niet meer, of zo nu en dan. Ik ben even met alles (supplementen) gestopt. Zag door het bos de bomen niet meer. Wel gebruik ik sinds een paar maanden een Pulsetto apparaat, deze stimuleerd de Nervus Vagus. Ik kwam dit tegen in een filmpje van een AFIP presentatie van de bijeenkomst van dit jaar.     Ik had me niet gerealiseerd dat je van betablokkers heel moe kunt worden. Verklaart voor mij wel een hoop.. Toch maar eens aankaarten bij de cardioloog. Ik heb daarentegen dan weer geen bloedverdunners.
