    Jouw verhaal herken ik helemaal. Ik heb een maand geleden een ablatie gehad. De eerste tijd ging het helemaal goed. Nu sinds twee weken last van kortademigheid en vermoeidheid. Ook pijn in mijn rug.
    Ik ben benieuwd hoe het jou verder vergaan is. Zijn je klachten overgegaan?

    Ik begrijp dat bepaalde stoffen een trigger kunnen zijn voor een aanval. Mijn vraag is weet iemand hoelang het duurt voordat een aanval zich inzet na het eten of drinken van een trigger? Is dat direct, na uren of zelfs nog langer.

    Onderhand is mijn ablatie alweer bijna een jaar achter de rug. Ik ben er enorm van opgeknapt en slik alleen nog bloedverdunners. Ik heb nog wel AF aanvallen ongeveer 1 x per maand, maar dit is goed te doen en een aanval duurt maximaal 3 uur (was voor de ablatie zo’n 24 – 48 uur). Ik volg op Facebook een Amerikaanse lijst en die heet: “Atrial fibrillation support forum” en daar staan erg veel tips op, ook de ervaringen van jonge mensen staan erop.     Hopelijk een laatste update van mij. Eind maart re-do ablatie gehad. Met eerst een soort 3D-mapping waarbij bleek dat ik een extra PV heb die ze de eerste keer hadden gemist.
