    Hartelijk dank voor je bericht terug Bianca. Interessant om te lezen dat meditatie stress helpt te reduceren. Ik weet uit ervaring dat dit zo is.

    Ik hoop dat de resultaten van jullie onderzoek ook op dit platform te lezen zijn. Rotterdam is ver weg voor mij.

    In verband met Apneu gebruik ik al jaren een CPAP met succes en slaap op mijn linkerzij. Zou het zin hebben om op mijn rechterzij te gaan slapen? Denk dat ik mijn CPAP druk moet verhogen als ik op mijn rug ga slapen. Gebruik ook metoprolol.

    Ik lees al een tijdje mee en merk dat ik veel aan jullie bijdragen heb gehad -en nog steeds heb-. Ik ben bijna 49 en heb sinds oktober 2018 last van boezemfibrilleren.     Hai allen,

    Even een update. In juli heb ik mijn derde ablatie ondergaan. Tot op heden geen boezemfibrilleren meer gehad. Alle hartmedicatie is gestopt. Ik voel me weer geweldig en kan gelukkig weer sporten.
    Volgens de cardioloog zou ik er nu vanaf moeten zijn (tenzij een andere plek in mijn hart vervelend gaat doen).
